"This insurance shop offers great service to their clients, but there was a bumps along the way. When inquiring about a car insurance plan, I was quoted a rate based on my driving history. Furthermore, the State Farm associate on the line had my record in front of them and confirmed that he was able to apply my good driving discount. Great, I had a lower rate than the previous shop and this group was no nonsense when preparing my plan. A month goes by and I get my bill. $20 higher than what I was quoted. Unfortunately, there was no follow-up communication to address this change in price. I had to take the initiative on my end to bring the concern to the agent. The associate told me a record item was missed and that the "good driver discount" was removed. Overall my rate is still lower than the last company which is a plus. This review is to remind anyone shopping with this agency to confirm with the associates that what you are being quoted is the "out the door" price instead of a price that is subject to alteration. Speaking with the agency is pleasant and they are quick to respond to any inquiries."
